Update Designated Engineer/Designated Land Surveyor
Submit a new Change of Designated Engineer/Land Surveyor form and mail or email it to our office. This cannot be completed through your online account.

- Log in or sign up for a SAW account for your company.
- You’ll be redirected to Secure Access Washington (SAW)
- Access our service Board of Registration for Professional Engineers & Land Surveyors (BRPELS)
- Your existing company's certificate must be linked to your account to make any changes.
- If your account is not already linked, you must link existing business and request an activation code. If you do not receive the activation code, submit a customer contact form.
- At your account dashboard:
- Select 'manage your existing business license'
- Select the name of your company
- You will receive a confirmation email
