The Board is proposing an increase in renewal fees. 
RCW 18.43.150 & RCW 18.210.200 requires the Board to “set fees at a level adequate to pay the costs of administering this chapter.”

Based on comments received, we are dividing the rulemaking regarding WAC 196-26A & WAC 196-30 into two separate activities.   One for the amendment of the fees and one for the amendment of language.
