BRPELS partners with the National Council of Examiners for Engineers and Surveyors (NCEES) to administer engineering exams. All NCEES exams are through Computer-Based Testing (CBT).
Board approval is no longer required to take an NCEES exam. Apply directly for your exam with NCEES.

- After You Pass the Exams

Submit your application to the Board and make sure you meet criteria in Chapter 196-12 WAC.
Licenses are issued once a month, and you will be notified of your license number.
Wall certificates will be issued within 12 weeks.
