Log in to your professional license account
  • Access our service Board of Registration for Professional Engineers & Land Surveyors (BRPELS)
You may be prompted to link your professional license to your account No activation code required

Submit a customer contact form.

Order a Duplicate License or Wall Certificate

Printed copies of professional licenses cannot be requested by email. You must go online and pay a $5.00 print fee.

Because of the high number of requests for wall certificates, they take up to 8 weeks to mail. 

At your account dashboard:

  1. Manage your existing professional license
  2. Click your license number
  3. Select Print License or Request Duplicate Wall Certificate
Retired/Inactive Status

Request for retired status will be granted effective the next scheduled renewal date. (WAC 196-12-065 & WAC 196-16-035)

  • Submit requests no more than 15 days prior to the expiration of your professional license
  • Inactive status is for Professional Land Surveyors & On-Site Designers only
How to Add an Endorsement

Adding an endorsement to your license can be done online. At your account dashboard:

  • Manage your existing professional license
  • Click your license number and select 'Manage Endorsement'
    • The Structural Engineer license in our online system is viewed like an endorsement to your Washington State Professional Engineer (PE) license.
    • Upload the first two pages of the Structural Engineer Registration Application
    • From the drop down, select none or n/a
